Elias Bros. Contractors, Inc. is a family owned and operated business.  It is an asphalt and concrete paving contractor that was established in 1959 serving the Inland Empire.  

Carlos Elias, the founder, began the business in the residential area doing asphalt driveways.  It wasn't long before he established a long list of satisfied customer.  Referrals and word of mouth became their advertising.  In fact, today 60-70% of Elias Bros.' business comes from referrals or repeat business.  Elias Bros. Contractors is known for their great customer service and quality work.

In promoting his family business, Carlos Elias has instilled a great work ethic and a dedication to customer service.  The grandchildren have also been encouraged to work at Elias Bros, during their high school and college years.  This experience has proven invaluable to them in learning about business and the importance of customer service, which has helped to promote their careers of choice.  

It is truly a family business in which family members can share their unique talents and experiences, all of which have added to their success.  They strive for excellence in our industry by belonging to trade associations.  They participate in and attend industry trade shows and seminars, keeping abreast of the industry utilizing the largest selection of materials, equipment and methods of application in the asphalt and concrete industry.  They have installed an aggressive in-house marketing program, which has been beneficial in keeping their name visible,  Finally, they offer in-house seminars to educate and inform property managers and customers about the paving industry.

Today, the bulk of their business lies in the commercial and industrial areas as well as serving private communities.  

Just  recently, Elias Bros. Contractors has completed a large project consisting of new parking lots and new docks for Interstate Brands (Wonder Bread Co.) in Pomona and a large repaving project for the Mark Christopher Chevrolet dealership in Ontario.  Elias Bros. Contractors Inc. has grown from doing residential drives in the 60's & 70"s to a multi-million dollar company today.  Currently, they serve Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.
